Dan Gaumer (Pennsylvania, 20th/21st C.) Blown glass vessel with fused pate de verre conch shell. Signed on back along with numerals. Measures 16in height x 9in width x 3.5in depth. Condition: Excellent condition. Gaumer studied at the Philadelphia College of Art. His work has been featured in gallery exhibitions nationwide. Since 1994 Gaumer has been producing artworks by combining blown glass and pate de verre, two very different processes. His unique process produces two pieces fused into one integral piece.
