Vintage Curt Frankenstein signed L/E Lithograph “The Non-Conformist” Surrealist Fish
Curt Frankenstein (Illinois, 1920-2009) “The Non-Conformist (Swimming Against the Stream)”, limited edition hand colored etching. Surrealist image depicting a group of fish people all swimming in one direction while one (placed in the eye of the overall fish form) swims in the opposite direction. Signed, titled and numbered 51/90, in pencil in lower margin. Very nicely framed in metal frame and matted under plexi-glass. 32.5in x 20.5in framed, 26.5in x 14.5in image only. Condition: Print is in excellent condition. Frame has minor nicks and scratches.
