Vintage 1968 oil painting on canvas depicting the La Boheme du Tertre cafe with views of The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, commonly known as Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Signed lower left “Roland Vernet”. Framed in period frame. Measures 30in x 27in framed and 21in x 17.5in image only. Condition: top coat of clear varnish has darkened slightly. 1in x 2in area of overcleaning top right of highest spire. Overall light craquelure.
