1966 watercolor painting by Wisconsin artist Shirley Jasper. Depicts sailboats on a small lake under darkening skies. Jasper was a member of the Madison Art Guild and was active in the 60’s and 70’s. Signed and dated lower left. Framed in period wood frame, matted under glass. Measures 22in x 19in framed and 14in x 10in image only. Condition: Painting in excellent condition. Frame has chips at bottom.
