Robert Browning Reed (Indiana, 1922 - 2007) “The Combat”, circa 1960, woodcut print, edition of 12, titled, numbered and signed lower margin. Reed completed his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Fine Arts at Indiana University, and studied at the School of Painting and Sculpture in Mexico City. He taught printmaking and drawing at Purdue University from 1958 until his retirement in 1987. Framed in black wood frame matted under glass. Measures 16in x 11in framed and 8.5in x 3.5in image only. Condition: Overall toning to mat board but print looks to be in excellent vintage condition. Frame has many little nicks and chips.
