“Saut d’Obstacle” Obstacle Jump bronze patinated white metal sculpture after Antoine Bofill (Spanish/French, 1875, died after 1925). Depicting a rider in Jockey uniform jumping a horse over a hedge or fence. Signed in cast “Bofill”, additionally titled with artists name on plaque attached to figured marble base. Circa 1930’s. Measures 18.5in overall, 17in bronze only x 17in width x 9in depth. Condition: light wear to bronze patination in spots noticeable under scrutiny, all told in very good vintage condition.
