Cool expressionist etching by San Francisco artist Mort Levin (b. 1923). Titled “Sacred and Profance Love” assumbably in reference to the 16th century painting by Titian. Depicts a nude woman with a bird perched on her behind and an anthropomorphized horse-man and a bird-lady with a crucifix topped cage on her head. Wonderful wacked out stuff! Measures 26in x 23in overall and 20in x 16in image only. Condition: Laid down and attached to a cardboard backing with mat attached on front. Image looks good, matting is discolored and lightly soiled.
