Pair of antique Chinese ancestor portrait scroll paintings mounted to a more contemporary backing for conservation. Man and woman in fabulous old garments. Each has a custom made lucite acrylic display case with a removable top that pops off for easy access and an interior hanging bracket for the scroll and an exterior bracket to mount the case to the wall. These are also tall enough that they could sit on the floor and lean against the wall. Each acrylic case measures 90 inches height x 40 inches width x 3.5 inches depth. The scrolls measure 85 inches height x 38 inches width overall and 57.5in x 50in image only. Condition: portrait of man has scattered paint losses to the blue areas of his garment around the sleeves and hem.
