Pietro Chiapparelli (Italian 19th/20th Century) Italian Art Nouveau carved marble sculpture. Beautiful woman in diaphanous gown. Signed on back with “Made in Italy, Po. Schiaparelli”. Gorgeous figured marble with a caramel tone. Measures 33 inches height by about 12 inches width by 12 inches depth overall. Condition her right wrist has been broken and repaired and possibly a finger on that hand as well, the fingers of her left hand have been completely rebuilt and restored, but you can still see a slight difference. These defects are noticeable only under scrutiny, the piece shows very well, she is gorgeous.* Etsy does not have a local pick up option so we use the $999.99 shipping price as a placeholder.
