Stephen Smalzel (American/Colorado, 20th/21st C.) Landscape watercolor painting on paper, 1994, signed and dated lower right. Depicts a valley region with undulating hills and small houses. Framed in rustic hand painted frame, triple matted under glass. Measures 29in x 21in framed and 14.75in x 10.75in image only. Condition: Painting in excellent condition, frame is worn with paint loss but hard to tell if that’s not intentional given it’s rustic vibe, in either case it is not distracting.
