Victor Ing (Chinese/American, 1924 - 1997) Abstract city skyline, watercolor on paper, signed lower left with red stamp and signature. Possibly depicts the artist’s long time home of Chicago from the air. Framed in original black wood frame with new matting under glass. Measures 22.5in x 13in framed and 14.25in x 6.25in sight. Condition; Painting in excellent vintage condition, frame has minor nicks and scratches noticeable under scrutiny.
